Thank You for 12 Magical Years
After twelve years of creating a little extra sparkle for Disney vacations everywhere, Magic Your Band has closed.
This wasn't a decision we came to lightly. Over the past twelve years, we've had the privilege of serving loyal customers all over the world, and along the way we've made hundreds of thousands of custom MagicBand skins for first-time visits, milestone birthdays, honeymoons, and family trips a decade in the making. Getting to be a small part of so many Disney memories has meant more to us than we can really put into words.
So it's with heavy hearts that we're closing our doors.
Why We're Closing
A few things pushed us to this point, and all of them are outside of our control:
- Shipping costs have more than quadrupled over the past 18 months, making it increasingly difficult to ship affordably to customers around the world.
- The United States has removed its customs exemption for low-value imports. Where shipments under $800 once entered duty-free, every order we now send is subject to import duty — adding real cost and a significant amount of admin to every single package.
- Shipping reliability has fallen sharply. Almost a third of our recent shipments have been severely delayed or lost in transit altogether.
We know this isn't the level of service we want to deliver, or the level you deserve, so continuing didn't feel like the right thing to do.
To Every One of Our Customers
Thank you. Whether you ordered one skin or fifty, whether it was for your very first trip to Walt Disney World or your twentieth, it has been an absolute honor to be part of your Disney story.
We'd also like to give a heartfelt thank you to David's Vacation Club, who have been a wonderful partner and supporter of our business for over a decade. We couldn't have asked for a better friend along the way.

The Next Chapter
While this marks the end of our journey, it may not be the end of the Magic Your Band story. We're currently in active discussions with several interested parties regarding the potential acquisition of the business and its legacy.
