Shipping Policy

  • MagicBand Skin orders, including those for custom designs, are typically printed next business day. 
  • Any orders that are placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • We do not ship partial orders, your order will be packaged for shipment when all items are ready for shipment.
  • We can ship your order to your Disney resort. Simply provide us with your resort address and reservation number when completing your order. We recommend upgrading to FedEx International Priority® for direct-to-resort shipping.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday. 
  • Orders placed after 12:00PM EST Friday or at the weekend will be processed but not produced until the following Monday.

Worldwide Shipping

  • All of our products include free worldwide shipping but this can be upgraded to FedEx International Priority®.
  • All parcels sent with our free delivery method will ship via airmail with an average delivery time of 7-10 days.
  • Orders using free delivery do not offer a guarenteed delivery date and have no tracking available. If you need your order within 2 weeks we recommend upgrading your shipping.
  • FedEx International Priority® is a fully-tracked, 2 business day service (signature required). We recommend this service if you have a tight deadline.

Return Policy

  • Products that have been personalized may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Any products returned to us will incur a restocking charge of 20% or $3.00 whichever is the greater.
  • In the event of an issue with the product please contact customer services using the email address stated in our contact details and they will contact you for further details.

If we agree to return or exchange an item, please ensure you have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Any packages returned without a RMA# are subject to being returned to sender. You must use a tracking service for all returns.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
