Order Processing and Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 3–6 business days.
  • Orders are shipped via postal services only.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal operations.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Internation free-shipping does not offer tracking.
  • Once shipments are made, they are out of our control. We are unable to divert or redirect after shipment is made.

Refunds and Reshipments

  • We do not offer refunds or reshipments for undelivered or delayed orders until 4 weeks have passed from the original shipping date. This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity for orders to be delivered or returned to us.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal, or other delivery issues), the customer may request a reshipment. - Reshipped orders will incur: - A reshipment fee to cover additional shipping costs. - Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges. - If a refund is requested for an undeliverable order, it will be issued minus a $5 deduction to cover shipping and handling costs.

Customs and Duties

  • Due to new U.S. legislation, all applicable customs duties and taxes must be prepaid prior to shipping. - This applies to both initial shipments and any reshipped orders.
