Once shipments are made, they are out of our control. We are unable to divert or redirect after shipment is made.
Refunds and Reshipments
We do not offer refunds or reshipments for undelivered or delayed orders until 4 weeks have passed from the original shipping date. This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity for orders to be delivered or returned to us.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal, or other delivery issues), the customer may request a reshipment. - Reshipped orders will incur: - A reshipment fee to cover additional shipping costs. - Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges. - If a refund is requested for an undeliverable order, it will be issued minus a $5 deduction to cover shipping and handling costs.
Customs and Duties
Due to new U.S. legislation, all applicable customs duties and taxes must be prepaid prior to shipping. - This applies to both initial shipments and any reshipped orders.
